Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline, following up with leads and moving them through the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s software products and be able to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and align on product positioning.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' products to effectively position our solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate software product features and benefits.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
