Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering diagnostic and habilitative/rehabilitative services to patients referred for services, while maintaining accurate records of such services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer diagnostic and habilitative/rehabilitative services to patients referred for services.
- Maintain accurate records pertinent to such services.
- Observe, evaluate, and document diagnostic and treatment effects.
- Consult with supervisor on all pertinent matters for program and professional development.
- Participate in team dynamics and interdisciplinary activities when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Science and Disorders is required.
- Less than three years of licensure experience is preferred.
- A current Speech Language Pathology License issued by NCBOESLPA is required.
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology awarded by ASHA is also required, or must be obtained within one year of hire.
