We are looking for a customer service agent to work for one day only this upcoming Monday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls professionally
Take detailed notes from customers, respond to emails if necessary
Call back when required
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Ability to take clear and accurate notes
Reliable and available for the full shift
