What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquets: Server/Bartender and Cook position at ECWI Hospitality?
Our banquet team is looking for a courteous and attentive bartender / server who can provide our guests with a great experience at special events.
We are also looking for Cook to assist our Banquets Executive Chef with meal prep.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team member.
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED).
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ensure that you meet the client needs and provide outstanding service for our guests for the entirety of any event, whether server, bartending or cooking.
- Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have
- Refill the guests' glasses as necessary or requested with coffee, water, or other drink
- Assist executive chef working in a fast paced environment with food prep.
