What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquets : Server / Bartender And Cook position at ECWI Hospitality?
Our banquet team is looking for a courteous and attentive bartender / server who can provide our guests with a great experience at special events.
We are also looking for a Cook to assist our Banquets Executive Chef with meal prep.

Compensation :
14 per hour plus tip pool
Responsibilities :
- Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
- Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities
- Ensure that you meet the client needs and provide outstanding service for our guests for the entirety of any event, whether serving, bartending or cooking
- Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have
- Refill the guests' glasses as necessary or requested with coffee, water, or other drinks
- Assist executive chef working in a fast-paced environment with food prep.
