Position Description:
Performs specific duties that will allow individual to progress in completion of summative assessment, learning tools, and application of skill/ability to complete processing of trimming to product specification.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Read and review training material
- Observe task being performed
- Perform tasks by repetitive practice methods
- Ensures work performance meets throughput and yield standard requirements.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:
Not applicable.
Requirements:
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Experience/Skillset:
- Able to speak English preferred.
- Meat trimming or butchering experience.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift/push/pull product more than 30 pounds occasionally.
- 100% of day spent on work floor standing and trimming.
- 100% of day spent in temperatures of 40 to 45 degrees
