This is how you will grow:
- Support the thermal engineering team with complexity and BOM management
- Maintain all component BOM metrics (mass, cost, change level, etc.)
- Interface with Mexico change team
- Strong experience with VW change management process
- Experience with drawing and model release process used by VW group
- Work with concept team to maintain up-to-date CAD, TPB, and BOM.
- Proficient with CATIA V5 for drawing review and complete of release process.
- Responsible for completing deliverables on-time.
Requirements

- Automotive OEM experience is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Thermal and HVAC hardware
- Experience with BOM & Engineering Change Management
- Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
