- Be a significant contributor to a world-class Interior and Exterior Components and Systems engineering team
- Lead program surface progression
- Ensure that all surfaces are compatible with other systems and meet the required standards.
- Develop and maintain a coordinated Class A surface database, ensuring accurate representation of designs and changes.
- Ensure that technical, attributes, and program requirements are incorporated into the surface design while maintaining the original design vision.
- Lead discussions and reviews to resolve any issues related to surface data, ensuring a high-quality final product.

Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- 5-8 years automotive experience
- 5-8 years experience using Autodesk Alias surfacing software
- Experience with Interior and Exterior development
- Class A surface experience
- Degree in Industrial Design preferred, or related training
- PLM experience preferred (TeamCenter or similar)
- Experience with Autodesk VRed and Adobe Photoshop preferred
