Responsibilities of the Business Operations Team Lead:
McLane Advanced Technologies is seeking to hire a Business Operations Team Lead to support a Department of Energy (DOE) contract in Albuquerque, NM.
The Business Operations Team Lead will:
- Evaluate business processes to identify system improvements.
- Conduct requirements gathering meetings to identify user needs.
- Create requirement documents for traceability.
- Be a liaison between users, stakeholders, and the development team.
- Perform application testing before production deployment.
- Coordinate end-to-end integration testing with other M&O contractors.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate production deployments of applications.
- Have strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
- Be familiar with Team Foundation Server.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP, ITIL, or CSM Certification is a plus.
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writing.
- Active DOD or DOE Clearance
