What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server/Manager position at Eddie's Kitchen & Tavern?
We are looking for a leader as we open a new restaurant in Spokane! This is a FOH Leader position which entails bartending, serving and leading the FOH team. The right person is an integral member of the team as they are the face of the beverage component - and the person who spends the most time with the customer ensuring that they receive exceptional service and an unforgettable customer experience. They take pride in serving Eddie's menu, while adhering to the Company’s extraordinary standards regarding product preparation, prompt and friendly service, sanitation and cleaning, teamwork, and of course, guest service.
- Maintains strong product knowledge of all drink items, and is aware of Company history and brand by reviewing materials and websites.
- Demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual circumstances.
- Adheres to operational procedures implemented included strict compliance with Opening Procedures, Daily Procedures, and Closing Procedures.
- Maintains proper alcohol handling, safety, cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure an assorted and vibrant product display, prepared drink levels and quality and cleanliness.
- Continuously provides friendly and quality customer service, demonstrating a "customer comes first" attitude at all times. Discovers and responds to customer needs and requests patiently and tells first-time guests about Summit Kitchen.
- Listen well to guest requests. Ensure guests receive what they expect and limit losses.
- Creates a memorable experience and makes a real connection with all guests.
- Generates customer loyalty in this competitive market.
- Maintain constant communication with the General Manager and inform of essential information, disruptions, complaints, customer events, etc.

What requirements will be expected
1. You will be expected to wear black jeans, slacks, skirts, shorts. (No holes in pants, and no yoga/sweats/stretch pants)
