Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Product Development Manager to lead our development team in creating next-generation industrial solutions. This role involves hands-on design and extensive oversight of projects involving embedded systems, industrial robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical engineering team in the development of new products and the enhancement of existing products.
- Design and implement control systems for industrial applications, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of embedded systems, PLCs, and robotics into comprehensive industrial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, software development, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to deployment, including prototyping, testing, and final production.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong background in designing and implementing embedded systems and PLC programming.
- Proven experience with industrial robotics and system integration.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading successful engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
