What You'll Do:
As our Project Manager, you will take on a central role in every initiative. Your insights will steer project directions, and your decisions will have a direct impact. Your commissioning experience—whether electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical—will be essential. Even if you haven’t been on the tools yourself, extensive experience working with or managing commissioning teams is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project scope changes, track budgets, and keep customers informed of project status.
- Collaborate with the Field Lead to determine manpower requirements and project schedules.
- Manage full project life cycle, from initiation to closeout.
- Prepare detailed project plans and estimates, ensuring every phase is well coordinated.
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure quality compliance.
- Procure resources to meet project objectives within the specified timelines.
- Participate in customer meetings, providing valuable insights and status updates.
- Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Delegate tasks to appropriate personnel, ensuring a seamless project flow.
You’re going to love this role if:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- You hold a PMP certification or are currently in the process of obtaining it.
- You possess commissioning experience (electrical, instrument, or mechanical). If you weren’t directly on the tools, you have extensive experience working with or leading commissioning teams.
- You are detail focused, self-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
