Welder, Fabricator, Foreman, Supervisor, CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team at Eddy's Welding Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience with mig, tig & stick welding, as well as proficiency in reading drawings and safely operating shop equipment and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components
• Fabricate miscellaneous and structural steel items, including rails, stairs, columns, beams, and repair work
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure accuracy and quality
• Safely use shop tools and equipment, including forklifts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Senior Roles:

Foreman:

• Assist welders and fabricators with daily duties
• Oversee the maintenance of a safe and productive work environment

Supervisor:

• Take on foreman and supervisors duties, including daily schedules, job scheduling, bidding, and estimating
• Oversight of the shop, including Foreman, Fabricators, and welders, to ensure safety and productivity

CNC Operator:

• Run CNC fabrication equipment
• Use computer software to read drawings and solve problems

Estimator & Project Manager:

• Bid jobs from contract drawings to GCs
• Find and post jobs on the bid board
• Project manage jobs, including purchasing, change orders, RFI, drawing review, submittals, subcontractor assignment, scheduling, and job coordination
