We are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering high-performance non-destructive testing solutions for the inspection of critical components. On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear.
All positions based in Quebec require proficiency in French, both written and spoken. Additionally, functional skills in English are required to meet the needs of our offices and clients internationally. For all our offices worldwide, certain positions may be subject to background checks, including credit, criminal, and employment history verification.

As a Rail Engineer Intern, You Will Have To
- Automated Rail Profile Measurement: Assist in the configuration and testing of a new rail mounted monitoring solution currently under development. This will include field trials of sensors, automated data collection and track geometry calculations.
- Geotechnical Monitoring: Deploy rockfall & slope stability monitoring systems, including a range of surface & subsurface measurement systems, to monitor ground stability on safety critical infrastructure.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Coordinate with environmental engineers, construction teams, and safety officers to develop strategies for ground stabilization and track reinforcement in sensitive or challenging terrain.
- Pursuing a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Geotechnical, or Railway Engineering (or a related field).
- Understanding of railway infrastructure, geotechnical monitoring, or automated measurement technologies is an asset.
- Ability to analyze track geometry, stability data, and assist in developing maintenance strategies.
- Willingness to participate in field trials, data collection, and hands-on deployment of monitoring systems.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and construction teams.
- Eager to learn new technologies, take on challenges, and contribute to innovative infrastructure monitoring solutions.
