The Videographer is a key member of the marketing team responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports a variety of business objectives, including product promotion, brand storytelling, event coverage, and social media engagement. This role involves managing the full video production process—from pre-production planning and scripting, to filming, editing, and final delivery.
Essential role and responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging video content across various platforms,(e.g. YouTube, Instagram, FB, other channels and internal platforms) ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for interviews, product instruction or promotions, racing/events, blogs, and social media.
- Develop scripts and storyboards for video and voiceover projects, ensuring strong narrative flow and clear messaging.
- Manage all aspects of production, including lighting, sound, and camera operation to deliver polished, professional content.
- Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
- Continuously improve content effectiveness through performance insights, testing, and creative iteration.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content, maintaining a cohesive visual identity and tone of voice.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the quality and integrity of all creative output.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to integrate video into broader campaigns, product launches, and digital media strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and platform best practices to enhance creative output and expand audience reach.
- Operate and maintain video production equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, microphones) to ensure optimal technical quality and readiness for shoots.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of professional videography and post-production experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or content-driven environment."
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Videographer (Please share your reel/portfolio)
- Mastery of professional cameras, video, lighting and audio equipment
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Strong understanding of audio recording and mixing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus).
- Background in motorsports, lifestyle or product -driven video marketing
