- Estimate, supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage a team of field workers and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns
- Provide guidance and support to field workers, including training and development opportunities

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a field supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, HeavyBid)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license
