- Overseeing MDS documentation for compliance and resident outcomes.
- Educating nursing staff on documentation and care plans.
- Coordinating resident assessments and care plans with the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
- Ensuring accurate Medicare/Managed Care eligibility and documentation.
- Valid state RN licensure.
- Minimum one year of long-term care experience preferred.
