Associate Attorney - Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution - Austin
Our client, who is based in Austin is currently seeking a skilled Associate to join their Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in general litigation at the Associate level, with experience in General Commercial Litigation, such as in white-collar defense, trade secrets, financial services, mass torts, construction, or energy / oil & gas sectors.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree in LAW is a must have.
- Active license to practice law in Texas, is needed
- High-Quality Writing Samples will be required with your application
- Experience managing cases from intake and claim assessment through trial or appeal
