Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of copyright litigation matters, particularly those involving technology and the intersection of copyright and emerging tech.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex, high-profile cases.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on ongoing copyright matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and prepare litigation documents.
- Develop strong client relationships and take ownership of client matters, with an increasing level of responsibility.
- Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
Qualifications:
