Mid-Sized Law Firm - Funds Associate - NYC

Eden Rose is working with a fantastic mid-sized law firm who are looking to add a funds associate to their team ASAP.

You will need to have 2 years experience focussing on private funds work across fund formation or regulatory work.

You will need:

• Drafting and negotiating experience working with a variety of investment vehicles.
• Solid fund formation experience
• Regulatory experience, advising funds of varying size and asset.

Also, top 200 law firm experience is preferred but if you are in-house looking for a move back or at a smaller firm but with solid education, do reach out.
