Our client is seeking a Patent Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software technologies, including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization, and cloud computing.
A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required, along with work experience as a software developer.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and be registered to practice before the USPTO.
Additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus.
