Omro Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Omro, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents.
Position : Dietary Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
- Manage staff in the kitchen environment
- Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
- Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
- Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
