Omro Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Omro, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manage r to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our organization. As the primary contact for employee-related matters, the HR Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the business by fostering a productive, positive, and compliant work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key HR activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. You will work to ensure our people, our greatest asset, are motivated and supported in achieving both personal and organizational goals. Promoting corporate values and cultivating a strong company culture are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and other concerns
- Lead the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs by developing and retaining talent
- Monitor and manage HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Oversee performance management systems that encourage high-performance
- Maintain compensation plans and benefits programs
- Identify and address training needs; manage training programs
- Provide management with HR metrics and decision support
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions
