Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and other concerns
- Lead the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs by developing and retaining talent
- Monitor and manage HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Oversee performance management systems that encourage high-performance
- Maintain compensation plans and benefits programs
- Identify and address training needs; manage training programs
- Provide management with HR metrics and decision support
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong people orientation with a results-driven approach
- Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Strategic thinking combined with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all organizational levels
- Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
