Position: PRN Speech-Language Pathologist
We are hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services at Omro Care Center, a skilled nursing facility within our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy interventions using standard techniques and skills tailored to patient needs.
- Communicate patient progress to supervisors and team members, and assist with scheduling and documenting patient records.
- Provide instructions and guidance to patient families or nursing staff for follow-through programs.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including equipment and supplies.
