We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Edenbrook Sheboygan, a skilled nursing facility in our network. As a COTA, you will provide rehabilitation services to residents in one or more of our service locations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
2. Instruct families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
3. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
4. Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members
