Community Support Volunteer
Description: As a Community Support Volunteer, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents and supporting the operations of our facilities. Volunteers may be placed in administration, finance, medical staff offices, or other clerical areas throughout the facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as paperwork, filing, and organization to ensure smooth operations.
- Support special events by helping with planning, setup, coordination, and execution.
- Aid in communications efforts, including updating social media, drafting newsletters, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with the activities department to plan and facilitate programs that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Provide friendly assistance to residents, visitors, and staff, creating a welcoming environment for all.
Qualifications:
