YOU WILL VIBE WITH US La risorsa ricercata è un* Indirect Channels Sales Account, che verrà inserit* all’interno della Direzione Benefits & Engagement Solutions presso la nostra sede di Roma. La risorsa avrà l’obiettivo di sviluppare il territorio attraverso l’acquisizione di nuovi partner, nonché della gestione degli stessi, e sarà costantemente impegnata in attività che incoraggino l’adoption delle soluzioni Ticket Restaurant® e Edenred Shopping, piani Welfare, piani di mobilità e programmi di People Care. Principali attività: Ricercare e identificare nuovi partner commerciali per ampliare la rete indiretta sul territorio assegnato; Collaborare con i Partner (attuali e nuovi) per incrementare la generazione di lead e per acquisire nuovi clienti; Monitorare le performance dei Partner ed implementare strategie ed azioni correttive per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi; Supportare i partner commerciali nella gestione dei clienti ad alto potenziale. Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella vendita di servizi B2B; Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di Partner e/o di Clienti di grandi dimensioni preferibilmente maturata nel settore B2B IT/TLC/Finance/Associazioni di Categoria; Laurea Triennale o Magistrale; Abilità nell'identificazione di nuove partner commerciali e nella costruzione di relazioni di partnership solide; Capacità di incrementare la lead generation attraverso strategie di marketing e relazioni con partner; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
