Edge Machine – seeks an experienced Machine Shop Working Foreman/Supervisor. Proficiency with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls is preferred. Knowledge of Mastercam would be helpful.

Direct Duties:
- Set up CNC machines for operators
- Perform machining operations on materials such as titanium, steel, brass, nylon, aluminum, etc
- Guide operators to improve their knowledge and skills
- Manage the production work.
- Select, evaluate and/or secure required equipment tooling.
- Material and consumable purchases
- Anything & Everything helpful maintaining a consistently successful business.
Support Duties:
- Provide objective input as part of the production control team to create efficient work schedules
- Assist project managers understand capabilities to estimate new work
Requirements:
- Possess all technical skills associated with machining
- Creative problem solving
- Work independently and as a team leader
- Strong work ethic & consistently positive attitude – timely arrival and regular attendance with positive, upbeat temperament
Compensation: Based on Value added to our business.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend work as required
- 8-10 hour day shift typically; however, 12 hours per day as needed.
