Position Summary-Leads and mentors’ employees while setting an example through leadership. Effectively supervises operations and personnel while performing job tasks.
\n- Supervises Coiled Tubing operations at the job site.
- Supervises all Company Personnel assigned to the job site.
- Ensures that all personnel assigned to the job site are trained as per Company and Customer requirements.
- Operates Coiled Tubing units and associated equipment without supervision.
- Operates Fluid pumps and associated equipment without supervision.
- Operates Nitrogen pumps and associated equipment without supervision.
- Operates Nitrogen Transports without supervision.
- Organizes the mobilization of all required equipment to job site.
- Conducts the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the Coiled tubing, fluid and Nitrogen pumps, transports, and any other auxiliary equipment.
- Conducts the maintenance and general upkeep of the Coiled Tubing units and related equipment.
- Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the company's HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
- Monitors, inspects, and adjusts all major equipment during operations to ensure the equipment's adequate operation, such adjusting pump and injection rates.
- Trains and evaluates all levels of operators on Coiled tubing, Fluid and Nitrogen equipment operations and procedures.
- Delegates certain job tasks to during job operation.
- Writes accurate job tickets, daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA's and other documentation as required.
- Re-enforces the Company's "STOP WORK" program with all employees.
- For land-based operations, drive and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states carrying Gladiator Energy LLC property that is used in furtherance of Gladiator Energy LLC's business and which substantially affects safety in intrastate transportation.
- High school diploma/G.E. D (preferred) or equivalent.
- Valid Class A CDL (preferred), with hazardous material endorsement (preferred).
- This position requires the employee to have completed a minimum of 1 year as a Lead Operator or equivalent.
- Ability to work a "14 Days On 7 Days Off" schedule and remain fit for duty.
- Ability to meet all physical, language, mathematical and reasoning ability requirements of the Coiled Tubing Supervisor position.
- Ability to load/unload (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Must have the ability to write detailed correspondence and reports.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
