In the role of Boiler Repair - Project Lead, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of boiler systems, ensuring compliance with ASME codes and standards. You will leverage your mechanical knowledge expertise to lead field service operations while providing exceptional customer service. Your proficiency in hydraulics and industrial mechanics will be essential in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions. A valid driver's license and welding certifications, including TIG welding, are required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position effectively.
Boiler Repair - Project Lead Requirements:
- Must have Previous ASME Section IX Welding Certifications
- Must Perform welding processes on Carbon & Stainless steel and other metals
- Weld according to ASME Section VIII & ASME Section XI
- Ability to read blueprints
- Building of vessels and heat exchangers according to print specs
- Works from sketches, prints, operation sheets, preliminary drawings, and written/verbal instructions
Boiler Repair - Project Lead Qualifications:
- Must pass 6G SMAW on 2 1/2" Carbon / .276" Wall & 6G GTAW on 2" stainless / .218" Wall
- Sanitary Stainless is a big plus
- 3-5 years of verifiable ASME experience
- Drivers license Required
- Drug screen and background check required
