What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer position at Edge Outdoors?
Now interviewing experienced CNC Programmer to operate high-speed CNC Machines in our facility. As a CNC Machinist, you will support our manufacturing efforts by programming and operating our high-tech CNC Machines. Applicants must have experience with CAM software.
Schedule is four 10 hour shifts. 3rd shift
CNC Programmer Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC machines
- Read and edit CNC programs, including CAM software
- Read and interpret engineered drawings
- Work in a safe shop environment
- Machine and hold precise tolerances
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications
Requirements of the CNC Programmer:
- High school or equivalent
- Basic machinist tools required
- 5 years of experience
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have Driver’s License
