We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC machinery and a dedication to producing precision parts. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative manufacturing environment. All Fanuc Controls, and all vertical & horizontal mills.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, milling, and grinding.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in peak operating condition.
- Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
CNC Programmer Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and instruments.
- Experience programming CNC machines is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools.
- Forklift operation experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Experience with CAD software is a plus.
