Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with housing programs to identify and acquire new clients.
- Schedule and conduct initial consultations with potential clients.
- Review and collect client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized client files (both physical and digital) for easy access and reference.
- Submit client paperwork to relevant programs, track their progress, and follow up on payments.
- Provide clients with updates, resolve issues promptly, and deliver outstanding support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve company goals.
