Our client is a growing Gov Con based in Northern VA seeking am Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for full cycle accounts receivable and project setup.
This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity hybrid (1-2 days onsite) in Northern VA.
JAMIS experience is required.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure contract setup aligns with terms and invoicing guidelines.
- Manage all aspects of contract invoicing
- Establishing new customers, jobs, milestones, and fixed fee schedules
- Opening and closing contracts in the system
- Setting up and verifying LCATS, billing rates, and provisional rates
- Collaborate with Project Control / Program Managers, and AR team to ensure accurate, timely invoicing that meets customer requirements
- Actively participate in contract kick-off meetings to support seamless execution
