We are a manufacturer of holster and tactical gear currently looking for an Order Filler / Assembler to join our team on 1st shift in the Order Fulfillment Dept..

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Complete order by obtaining goods from bins or shelves.

· Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.

· Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stock area and/or warehouse.

· Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

· Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in all current product lines.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and personnel with little to no supervision.

· High level of initiative and flexibility in adapting to changing needs of a dynamic work environment.

· Pack customer purchases in bags or cartons.

· Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, scale, etc.

· Determine shipping methods or rates for materials to be shipped.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong computer skills.

· Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment is preferred.

· Strong reading and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Attention to detail.

· Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.

· Positive attitude and work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

· Must have good hand/eye coordination.

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
