Role Overview
In this role, you will lead the critical front-end of product development, ensuring that every new initiative has clear market potential and genuine customer appeal. You’ll blend data-informed market analysis with deep user understanding to shape product strategies that resonate in competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Business Analysis
- Research and evaluate new market segments, competitor landscapes, and emerging trends within a B2B SaaS context.
- Develop insights on pricing, forecasting, and business models that inform overarching product strategies.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to identify key pain points and unmet needs.
- Synthesize findings into compelling value propositions and detailed product requirements.

- Design and run rapid experiments to validate both market assumptions and user desirability.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to define and refine launch strategies, positioning, and messaging.

- Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing (“EPD”) teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.

Qualifications
- Proven Discovery and Execution Skills: 5 years of product management or related experience focused on early-stage product strategy with proven success in both early-stage product discovery and go-to-market execution in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market research, competitive analysis, and business modeling.
- User-Centric Approach: Skilled at gathering deep customer insights through interviews, user testing, and other research methods.
- Experimentation Mindset: Track record of designing quick tests to validate assumptions and course-correct rapidly.
- Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent at partnering across teams and clearly presenting findings and product plans to all levels, including executive stakeholders.
