Job description : Required Skills
- 5 years of product management experience
- Experience in developing product cycles, schedules, and roadmaps.
- Proven track record of delivering product experiences within Customer Care contact routing solutions and applications.
- Experience owning and guiding contact center technology product strategy, investments, roadmap, and cost structure from conception to launch.
- Execute go-to-market plans for new features and offerings.
- Must have extensive / recent CONTACT CENTER experience (i.e. Cisco, Genesys, Calabrio, WXCCE, etc.)
