Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Management & CRM Optimization
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation, and reports to enhance marketing and sales operations.
- Assist in customizing Salesforce dashboards, reports, and integrations to improve efficiency.
Marketing Support
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
- Utilize Salesforce to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to segment customer data and personalize outreach strategies.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize future marketing efforts.
Sales & Lead Management
- Use Salesforce to track sales opportunities, manage leads, and support the sales pipeline.
- Work with the sales team to identify potential clients, nurture leads, and close deals.
- Generate reports and insights to assist in sales forecasting and strategy development.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years working with Salesforce CRM in a marketing or sales capacity.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with email campaigns, lead generation, and digital marketing tools.
- Sales Acumen: Experience working with sales teams, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to generate and interpret CRM reports, campaign performance metrics, and sales data.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Specialist)
- Experience with social media marketing, SEO, or paid advertising
- Knowledge of third-party integrations with Salesforce (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
