Job Description:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Surgical Technologist Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:
· Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working as a surgical technologist
· Ideal candidate will have experience in general/ laparoscopic and orthopedic
surgeries.
· Would prefer a graduate of an approved operating room (OR) technologist program with certification but willing to hire the right non-certified candidate that
becomes certified within one year of hire.
· Able to use of Medical technologies, Surgical technology and has Technical understanding
· Able to creating a safe, effective environment
· Can Analyzing information
· Is able to performing diagnostic procedures
· Has effective communication skills
· Great People skills, dependability, quality focus and planning
· Must be able to understand written and oral instructions.
· Current Basic Life Support certificate required
· Required call commitment
