We have an opening for Technical Lead Conversational AI / IVR in Charlotte, NC .

Title : Technical Lead Conversational AI / IVR

Contract Type : Long-term contract / C2C / W2

It is 5 days onsite; however, given the limited options, the team is open to exploring Hybrid from any of the mentioned locations.

Will not consider Remote requests.

Responsibilities :

• Minimum 3 years relevant technical work experience, specifically in developing and implementing Conversational AI.
• Knowledge of KORE AI is a plus but other options will be considered.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI applications using Kore AI across IVR, chat, and voice platforms.
• Intent identification and LLM development.
• Strong expertise in developing conversational AI applications (chatbots, IVR systems, virtual assistants).
• Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services.
• Knowledge of web services, data retrieval, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
• Build and refine chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.
• Work with Generative AI models and fine-tune LLM-based conversations for high-quality, context-aware interactions.
• Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve accuracy and user intent identification.
