State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
Requirements:
- Current Colorado RN license or Compact to work in Colorado.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association. (AHA)
- 2 years, high volume intraoperative RN CVOR experience.
- Flu Vaccination – (mandatory) – no declinations accepted - required Oct 1st through April 1– must be
from THIS flu season
