We are looking for enthusiastic, fun, and caring people to help to provide meaningful experiences for our patients. Skn Bar Rx is looking for a Patient Coordinator to support the retail store and medical spa at of our Shorewood and Pewaukee locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct retail store operations such as opening or closing the location and scheduling reservations.
- Help to promote the location and team members via social media.
- Assist to achieve set service and retail sales goals.
- Assist with inventory, laundry and other operational tasks.
- Maintain product knowledge of our retail products.
- Form relationships with our patients and your co-workers
Qualifications:
- One years’ experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry.
- One years' experience in an aesthetics treatment room.
- Current Wisconsin Aesthetician license
- Proficiency in social media marketing (Tiktok, Instagram, IG TV, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
- Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required.
