Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing warm, personalized service, and ensuring excellence in all in-person and digital communications.
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships through multiple channels such as social media, email, and our website.
- Manage daily cash operations, opening/closing procedures, and event production, while maintaining a polished, organized environment.
- Create and design engaging marketing materials, including social media content, graphics, and presentations, to promote our services and events.
- Leverage data insights to tailor campaigns, optimize website performance, and enhance consumer engagement.
- Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and training, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Greet patients with professionalism and friendliness, offer tours, capture memorable moments, and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
- Stay current with all product offerings, ensuring you're always ready to assist guests with purchases and reservations.
- Foster collaboration between leadership and the team, providing timely feedback and participating in goal setting.
Qualifications:
