Key Responsibilities
- Manage the order processing for both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with retailer and vendor requirements.
- Oversee inventory management by setting up new product SKUs, performing cycle counts, and handling year-end physical inventory processes.
- Coordinate special projects, providing necessary documentation and updates to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates.
- Uphold high service standards by following established procedures, identifying recurring issues, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to remain composed and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access) and familiarity with inventory management and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with retailer portals and knowledge of shipping carriers and processes.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a distribution center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
