Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee operations that impact profitability, identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.
  
• Monitor and communicate revenue targets to the retail team and service providers.
• Implement and oversee Aveda Rewards and Neroli Loyalty Program.
• Manage retail and service operations, ensuring high productivity and service standards.
• Oversee non-technical scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Lead the execution of Aveda product launches and seasonal plans.
  
• Oversee daily cash control, marketing, inventory management, and the facilitation of group events.
  
• Inspire and retain top talent through motivation, celebration, and ongoing coaching.
• Conduct quarterly touchpoints with technical and non-technical team members.
• Coordinate monthly meetings for Retail Team
  
• Monitor performance and assist in annual reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring high retention rates.
  
• Ensure guest amenities meet or exceed expectations.
• Participate in the planning and execution of organizational goals.
• Develop and implement a leadership succession plan, fostering future leaders.
• Empower the team with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in business management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail management.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salon/Spa experience 
  
• Familiarity with Aveda product lines and loyalty programs.
• Certification in salon/spa management (preferred).
• First aid and CPR certification (optional but beneficial).
• Ability to develop, communicate, and implement a clear vision for the location.
• Specific understanding of salon/spa products, services, and trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High degree of fairness, social skills, and ability to inspire and motivate others.
