Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Skincare Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong partner relationships, and promoting Ultraceuticals to spas, salons, and estheticians. The ideal candidate will have established industry relationships within the territory and a deep understanding of skincare, a passion for beauty, and exceptional communication skills. As esthetician license is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our partner base
Build and maintain strong relationships with our skincare partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate partners
- Identify market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and represent the brand at industry events
- Attend industry events, tradeshows and networking opportunities to represent the brand
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales in the skincare or beauty industry
- Experience relationships with salons, spas or estheticians in the territory
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and trends
- Experience selling lasers, microneedling, or skincare equipment (i.e. Hydrafacial) is a plus
- Social media savvy, with an active professional Instagram presence
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for skincare and helping customers find the right solutions
