About the Role
We are seeking a New Client Engagement Liaison to help drive our growth by bringing in high net worth wealth management prospects (minimum $500K in investable assets). This role is essential to our expansion strategy , ensuring that our advisors meet at least four new qualified prospects per week .
As a key member of our team, you’ll manage inbound and outbound client engagement efforts across multiple marketing funnels, including :
- Warm outreach (phone & email)
- Inbound inquiries from TV, events, email marketing, digital ads, and referrals
- Prospective client follow-ups and appointment setting
- Pre-qualifying and nurturing leads to optimize advisor efficiency
- Assist in running in person prospecting events
Success in this role means maximizing new client acquisition , refining our outreach strategy, and continuously improving the processes that drive our business forward.
