Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding vehicle concerns, answering questions, and recommending appropriate services.
- Maintain strong knowledge of automotive services and repair procedures to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
- Create accurate service estimates and repair orders, ensuring transparency in service details and pricing.
- Manage daily service appointments, coordinating vehicle drop-offs, repairs, and pick-ups efficiently.
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Utilize advanced shop management and parts lookup systems for seamless operations.
- Participate in regular team meetings to foster collaboration and communication.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, understanding that teamwork is key to success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and training to enhance professional development.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in the automotive industry (Preferred).
- 5 years of sales experience (Required).
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in shop management software and parts lookup systems.
