As the Head of Strategic Operations at EdgeUno, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and aligning our processes with strategic business objectives. Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with EdgeUno's overall business goals.
- Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Partner with the leadership team to support company-wide initiatives and ensure operational alignment with strategic priorities.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee teams across network operations, cloud services, and data center management.
- Implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Optimize resources, including personnel, technology, and equipment, to achieve operational goals.
Business Growth & Innovation
- Contribute to revenue growth by driving operational efficiencies and identifying new strategic opportunities.
- Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging creative solutions to operational challenges.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to maintain EdgeUno's competitive edge.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Support the development of strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.

Qualifications
Experience
- Proven track record of managing operational initiatives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Experience in telecommunications, cloud services, or related industries is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to key markets and company locations as required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
